New Preclinical Data and Translational Advances Set to Take Center Stage at RNA-Targeted Drug Discovery Summit

The journey from RNA-targeting concept to clinical reality will be a key focus at the upcoming 9th Annual RNA-Targeted Drug Discovery & Development Summit in Boston this November.

Several presentations will showcase how companies are moving RNA-targeted therapeutics toward the clinic, providing rare insight into the practical challenges and opportunities associated with translating RNA biology into medicines.

Among the most anticipated sessions is a presentation from Sridhar Narayan, Vice President and Head of Medicinal Chemistry at ReviR Therapeutics, who will discuss the development of oral splice-modulating small molecules for rare neurodegenerative diseases and share progress on RTX-317 as the company advances toward IND-enabling studies.

Attendees will also hear from Dominic Reynolds, Chief Scientific Officer at Remix Therapeutics, who will present data on REM-422, an orally available MYB mRNA degrader currently being evaluated for recurrent and metastatic adenoid cystic carcinoma. Additional translational insights will come from Christopher Trotta of PTC Therapeutics, whose presentation will explore how understanding RNA-small molecule interactions is helping expand targetable splice sequences and identify new therapeutic opportunities.
