Conference Overview:

Day 1 will examine topics on wearable technologies, social listening, private to public social networks, patient engagement and social media strategies; while Day 2 explores different types of content used as a metric for engagement, a ‘virtual personal assistant’, digital health strategies and storytelling content.

The Opening Address will be presented to you by AslihanUnal, Digital Strategy Group Manager at Janssen. Gain a deeper insight into ‘Creating Powerful Pharmaceutical Social Media Strategies Enabling Patient Engagement.’ Her session will cover the steps taken to build a compliant social media strategy which delivers real commercial results, navigating today’s social media landscape and pitfalls to avoid and how will pharma social media strategy evolve and stay relevant in an increasingly changing technological and regulatory environment?

Also opening the conference on Day 1 is Steve Reeves, Director, Social Intelligence at DRG Digital, who will be presenting a real-life case study on ‘How to Map Out and Understand a Patient’s Journey.’ Steve’s session will cover the emergence of the emotional aspect of the patient, creating emotional paths of shock, fear, depression to understand patient journey and scoring emotional triggers using statistical models.
