KD Pharma Group invests in Nutriceutical Holdings

Nutriceutical Holdings (NH), parent company of Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals (PRN) and Veterinarian Recommended Solutions (VRS), and KD Pharma Group have decided to join forces through a direct investment in Nutriceutical Holdings by KD Pharma Group. KD Pharma Group will become the largest shareholder in Nutriceutical Holdings with the option to acquire the entire company.
