Mangoceuticals Launches Direct GLP-1 Access Programs for Affordable Weight-Loss Care

Mangoceuticals has launched MangoRx Direct and PeachesRx Direct, new programs offering customers direct access to FDA-approved GLP-1 medications Zepbound (tirzepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide) through LillyDirect and NovoCare pharmacies. The telehealth-based service provides virtual consultations, personalized weight-management plans, and ongoing clinical support, with prescriptions fulfilled via partner or local pharmacies.

CEO Jacob Cohen said the $99-per-month membership includes unlimited telehealth visits and progress tracking, while GLP-1 medications are available separately starting at $499 per month with free home delivery and no insurance requirement.

The launch aligns with recent White House efforts to lower GLP-1 costs, including negotiated price caps and upcoming Medicare copay reductions. With obesity affecting 42% of U.S. adults, Mangoceuticals aims to expand access to affordable, medically supervised weight-loss treatments.
