Agenda released for SMi Group’s Adaptive Designs in Clinical Trials 2018

Now running for 10 years, SMi Group’s annual conference on Adaptive Designs in Clinical Trials returns to London in Spring 2018, gathering a senior audience of experts to discuss and deliberate recent innovations and successes in this exciting field of science.

Taking place on the 9th and 10th April, this year’s programme has been curated to provide delegates with the latest innovations, regulatory updates, and strategies on how industry and clinical experts are currently using adaptive designs in their clinical trials for successful drug, medical device and therapy development.

Putting a fresh spin on a methodological topic, the agenda will highlight how the pharmaceutical industry is currently riding the wave of technology. Experts will discuss how the increasing use of smartphone apps and digital devices is changing the way trials run. Simultaneously, the event will also explore how adaptive designs are being used for the production of personalised medicines and personalised therapies.

Other key highlights show case studies on enrichment designs and group sequential trials, as well as the latest regulatory perspectives from MHRA and EMA.
